April 9th 2016 was our official launch for Geek Girl Brunch Denton! We are celebrating our anniversary by having a super awesome Blind Date With a Book Exchange Brunch. We did this last year and it was a HUGE hit! We are SUPER excited!
Please bring a book that is wrapped in paper (cannot see title/cover) and has details/description on the outside that DOES NOT give away the book (i.e. no names, places, author etc). Books can be ANY genre/type EXCEPT erotica. Books can be new or used, but should be in good condition. We will do a fun game to exchange the books so everyone goes home with something new, and hopefully great!
This will also be a Do Better Brunch and we will be collecting children's books to donate, these should be new or like new.
This will be an all you can eat Buffet with Vegan and Vegetarian options. $10.00 at the event. Event is free if you do not want to eat.
